Summarize your bug The promissed speed can noot be reached. Withe the Koenigsegg when you go into live tuning and turn down the downforce to the minimum you get a promissed speed of 410 km/h with nitro you only get to 397 ish, were is the rest 13 km/h at?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? just get the Königsegg tune it for road and race, go to live-tuning, turn down downforce, find a place were you can go very fast, best race to test columbia
What happens when the bug occurs? im slower that i should be
What do you expect to see? i expect to go atleast 410 km/h with nitro mmaybe like 415 because 410 should the car get without the help of nitro
