Leaderboard Help+

First off, thank you to each person/player that reads this and replies. I very much appreciate your input and time because obviously we (players) are the only support that we have. So, Thanks!

When I go to the start menu...

Click on social...

Look at Crew Time Trials

And below it usually says 3 or 4 "stats"

1. You have attempted/beaten ...# Time Trials this session.

2. You are 1st in ...# Crew Leaderboards.

3. You are Top 3 in ...# Crew Leaderboards.

So... Competitively I have made sure that I have achieved the best Times/Scores/Stats on literally 100% of every single Event and Activity for both Day and Night. I've checked this dozens of times by going to the Map and selecting each and every event/activity, hitting □ square to check who is on top and 98% of the time I am ranked #1 or by literally driving up to each one (yes, too much time on my hands).

But when I go to the start...social...Crew Time Trial and /or Leaderboard my stats are always changing. Meaning I know I'm #1 on everything but sometimes it will say... You are 1st in 178 Crew Leaderboards but then I am Top 3 in 37 Crew Leaderboards. But then I leave for 1-12 hours (doesn't matter if I keep the game online, offline, solo or PS4 Pro -OFF-), get back on and those stats will change to 1st in ...89 or 22 or 11 or ... Crew Leaderboards- the number is changing on a regular basis. So I go check every event/activity again and yup I'm still #1 and if a crew mate has beaten me (very rarely), I beat their score/time to be number #1 again

I don't care about the top 3 thing, just the 1st in Crew Leaderboards. This has happened when I was in my starter crew of 30 members and even now on my own crew even when it was just me and now the same thing even though I have new members in my crew.

Can someone explain this please because I've already had the game erase my $4,000,000(million), all my cars and parts, character and wraps and reset me back to default/stock accept for my stats so this leaderboard goal of mine is literally the only drive (pun intended) that I have left for the game. 

P.S. I've already gotten back up to level 50 since they reset me and I'm on PS4.
