There are several threads like this.
- XGCSith8 years agoSeasoned AceAh, I see where we are going. First, I said that I wanted to hear ideas that people had. So if you want to be an a-hole, go on another thread and be one. Secondly, that it what NFS is NOW so yes, when it comes to current NFS games, customization is a good half of the game because thats what people want. Im sorry you're brain cant process that. I will tell you like I just said. If you want just a racing game, go play one like Forza or Gran Turismo. Now, I said I wanted to keep from arguing in this thread and it looks like that will be impossible with you.
PS If you don't like customization, dont play a current NFS games. Go play the simulation games that it sounds like you love. I also just saw a comment in another thread claiming they derailed the threat to argue with you. Seemed like you were tired of it. Practice what you preach. You just did the same thing here because someone doesn't agree with you. Get a life man.- TheRealJony8 years agoHero+
Everyone, please refrain from going off-topic. Let's continue discussing NFS, shall we?
Remember that everyone has different opinions and you may disagree with others' opinions. There are no right or wrong opinions.
Thank you.

Its because we want to personalize cars. If you want just a racing game, play Forza or Gran Turismo.@XGCSith This isn't a very good suggestion.
Forza (except the Horizon series) and Gran Turismo are mainly simulation racing while NFS is mainly arcade racing.
Two different driving physics between simulation and arcade racing.
Some people may argue that Gran Turismo is simcade racing though, but it would still have different car physics than pure arcade racing.

When you focus on just gameplay you tend to forget about the other half and thats the customization part.Gameplay and game modes are a lot more important when you can do something with your car after you finish applying upgrades onto your car.
If there is a lack of gameplay and game modes, then you wouldn't have much to do with your cars except showing off your cars to others.
And IMO, that's boring.
I want to be driving my fancy-looking cars, not sit idle with my fancy-looking cars.

I thought Need For Speed meant driving as fast as possible in the past...
- XGCSith8 years agoSeasoned Ace@BLVD69 I have not been on here lately so I have not bothered looking. Day by day there are more whiny people that come on here like the other two. I said throw ideas out there and these other two have posted multiple posts not even regarding what I said. If I could block people, I would.

I fully agree people need to stay on topic.
Also, no worries if you had missed my former thread from a week back.
It's nice to see you back on here.
Take care and since I'm here I will tell you N.F.S. needs to just go back to basics 101.
A simple open world game with open world multiplayer or single class races against A.I. cars.
I do appreciate having customization in the garage also!
