licence limit reached on nfs undercover

I cannot launch nfs undercover due to licence limit reached notification, i have used the same pc for many years and only upgraded the motherboard and graphics card, i have proceeded to upgrade my windows software through the years upto win 11.

I have spent god knows how many lost days and hours trying to contact the relevant people in EA who can reset my licence but its easier to win the lottery than contact an employee from EA!

I have done the deauthorize bit which doesn't work.

Is htere anyone who can help me resolve this issue EA have caused.
