For some reason, my computer have been reformatted (whole pc files was deleted) after i reinstalled steam and my NFS: Hot pursuit, I logged back in with my EA acc. Before my computer have been reset,...

Hot Pursuit does not have any cloud save functionality so if your machine was wiped then you will be playing as if it were your first time when you reload the game. Sorry.
