Logitech G29 not recognized in Payback?

So I have a Logitech G29 racing wheel on PC, and when I load up the game, the game doesn't respond to any buttons on the controller, or have any response at all. All other games I have tried the wheel on (that support it) work perfectly. Anyone have a solution???

Yes, I have the software installed. Its fully up-to-date as well.

Can you check for and remove any other input peripherals, joysticks etc. and also, specifically a Guitar Hero controller.

I suspected it could be my XBox controller, but I tried to run the game with it unplugged and it still didn't work. Nothing else is connected to my PC, except an Oculus Rift and a webcam.

Does removing the Oculus and webcam have any effect?
