Logitech G923 wheel not supported??

I have just setup a new Logitech G923 racing wheel - and despite NFS Heat being listed as a supported game on the Logitech website, the wheel is not recognised in the game settings, and the D-pad is not functional.

Any other G923 owners have the same issue? Anyone know if a patch is being developed?

I've looked everywhere and tried everything for a fix nothing. D pad and the g-shifter don't work. Currently using xbox/pc g923 through origin.

@Pyramus01 This is still not fixed, talking with Logitech support and so far they are saying that it might "be an issue with the game itself."
