Logitech G923 wheel not supported??

I have just setup a new Logitech G923 racing wheel - and despite NFS Heat being listed as a supported game on the Logitech website, the wheel is not recognised in the game settings, and the D-pad is ...

@Pyramus01 This is still not fixed, talking with Logitech support and so far they are saying that it might "be an issue with the game itself."
