Lose of my coins more than 900 need help

Hi I had lost more than 900 coins on black market. I was on free crate and by mistake I click on purchase than free crate. I lost my coins and I didn't got any parts neither my coins back. I had invested my time to earn that points it will be unfair pls give me back my coins. Pls I do need ur help or at lest start my game were I left it yesterday erase all data from today. It was a geniune error pls

    I was at level 49 and I lost my account and my cars, the cars were dodge challenger, bmw razor,subaru,ford fiesta, nissian skyine,porche 9111(993),ford mustang, mazda,toyota 86,volkswagen,bmw m3 coupe 1999 and 462 gold with 73 thousand coins please reply back so i can get back to playing your game.

    LOL! I was indeed level 65, had BMW M4 Razor and Ford Shelby GT 500. Basic cars were up to Porche Carrera GT 911(991) excluding Toyota Supra. ~1K gold. I tried to submit ticket, but "captcha" didn't work so I couldn't. I had to start from beggining. Now I'm just level 35...☹️
