So quick problem, why is the police so op in their spawning position.
like I get it I had heat level 3 and all but he literally spawned right next to me and all the police surrounded me.
not only did he spawn right next to me but I was running away and my screen went black and I got busted making me lose a lot of my money and all of the rep points I was farming.
Please fix this issue

When I boot up the game sometimes I get random bugs that remain until I restart the game. This is one of them. It can be car handling is suddenly wildly different with no changes to car or weather or various issues with how the cops work or the solo competitor cars having impossibly good handling and speed in a lower rating race. This always changes when I restart the game.
I just started the game like 20 minutes ago and I was heat level 1 just starting my first chase of the night and not only did a basic cop car somehow blow past me at 176 mph, while using boost, but two cops spawned right next to me and suddenly I completely lost control of my car and crashed into a building. By lost control I mean my controller wasn't working anymore just for that moment. I couldn't accelerate or anything but my camera control stick was still working. Only took a little damage but my car wouldn't move and then I was busted. I found it odd that several cops spawned right on me at heat 1 when normally they say "there are no other cars available" and you have 1 car chasing, I was chased by 3. The game was treating me like I was at heat level 3.
