Lost account

So, I played NFS NO LIMIT on FB and I had it linked to that account. I deleted my Facebook and im trying to recover that account back with a yahoo email address.  Is there any way to resolve this and get that account back? Or merge it with a new account that I created? I played this game when we had maps to click where the races were and before we had the chop shop. Please let me know.
