lost all money and cars (ps4)

I was playing need for speed heat put the electricity turned off and the ps4 went off and then the electricity returned i opened the game i started from the first my level 1 and i was level 10 and the cars i did't see them my cars i had 3 cars.no cars only one car that they give it from the beginning only no garage only one garage and cant enter it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? return money and cars....
What happens when the bug occurs? no money no cars only one car that they give it from the beginning only no garage only one garage and cant enter it.
What do you expect to see? my cars and my money
