Lost all my money and cars rep still the same though

I just had logged into my need for speed account right after my friend played on it. I don’t know the exact number of cars I had but I had completed the game and had a lot of money. When I logged into the game my money was at zero and all my cars were gone excerpt for the preorder ones, but my level is still 50. My ultimate parts were also gone. This happens when I went to online and it said something about changing the inventory, I went to solo and it said the same thing. I then just went into online and that’s when it happened. I am open to any suggestions please help.

    Same thing just happened to me. Bought a new car for a measly 100k and my game ended up crashing a couple minutes later. Turns out I kept the car, but paid more then triple it’s worth and now have 720$ to my name.

    The same experience happen to me.I totally agree with you got to play last night and all my progression was gone cars,money,and even the starter car is gone. I just like some of the other fans to this franchise. Can ea just start us back off till where we can get our stuff back. Before the error occurred. Just like others EA I put time hrs and not to mention the grind for the ultimate parts that are now locked and have to be unlocked again.  I think it's only fair if we can start off where we left off at before this problem. This is the only problem I have with the game of right now the rest of the game it great. Can we get a response back on what's going on.  I don't won't credit to my game I just want to start off where I left off at.

    I lost  all my stuff to but they say don’t worry they are trying to fix it and we all will get everything back.

    I lost all my stuff today beside my rep is still 50 no more ultimate parts no more cars and no money please fix I want my stuff back just spent 60$ for a game and it’s already making me frustrated please fix EA🙏 Many people are having these issues.

    Ghost Devs in time I'm thinking will address these concerns in a future patch is my thoughts.

    I just don't see how they could let the game keep moving forward with all these problems reported this week.

    @BLVD69 It is not the first Ghost NFS with an unfinished/broken launch and certainly not the first NFS with such conditions. EA just care about nothing but greedy cash grab. Hence why they always give us rubbish unfinished game to rob our money rather than pub a polished nice game(Also Ghost itself is useless so they keep making neither fun nor great games)
