Lost all progress in NFS 2016

Hello, Shockglove here and I'm here to address an issue I have with my copy of Need for Speed 2016.

I played the game for over 70 hours and did almost everything and wanted to complete the game 100% then I kind of

took a break and after a month or so of not playing, I tried logging into the game but all of my progress was gone even though I still have all of my achievements on my profile and I haven't really done anything to my computer or touched game files at all.

I had the cloud save option on and I was wondering if I could get back my saved files because when I open the game it tells me I'm level 1 

and I'm having to start the game all over again which I really don't want to do just because it wouldn't be worth.
