lost data

just downloaded NFS Heat again and my max rep and lot of money same with cars is gone its basically a brand new account how and why did y'all delete this? can't even find the save game in documents what y'all doing kinda wasted 200+ hours for nothing

    Hi @G4SH3D 

    To confir progression for NFS Heat is saved locally, if you uninstalled the game and did not keep your save it's possible the game no longer has a save file to continue from.
