Hello I have just loaded up my need for speed today after not playing it for awhile and when it got to the menu it was like my game was reset my level was at zero and story missions was not even started even thought I have finished it before and it's shows that there is not game data on my Xbox one is there a way to get it back or do I have to start all over again because if I have to start again then I'm not going to play it.

All game data is stored on the Need for Speed servers. If these servers indicate that you are at the start of the game then I'm afraid that there is no other method of retrieving your game data.
Note that the only times that I've seen someone's game data being reset without them doing this, is when a person got hacked. I've checked your account for this and noticed that there have been logins on your account from multiple different ip addresses. I would therefore advise to contact an EA Advisor to make sure that your account is completely secure.
