Lost exclusive car

I purchased the complete edition of need for speed rivals thus I was given cars like the jarguar cx75 prototype. All of these exclusive cars are available until the morning of Jan 1, 2015. When I logged in again, all of my bonus cars are gone. I also purchased the loaded garage pack and got all of the cars upgrade done but when I logged in again, on the same morning, all of those upgrades are gone too and restored to prior my purchase of the DLC. It also seems like my driving statistics have been reseted completely when I check my all drive. Please advise.
