Lost my blackmarket mclauren f1 and earned upgrades

My rep and money hasn’t changed. I lost my blackmarket mclauren f1. None of the steps suggested has worked. I was forced to do an update and lost all the upgrades I earned with that car. Including high heat won upgrades. I even have the DLC purchased for the car and I can’t get the car. This is beyond frustrating. I spent 3 days emailing you all and have had 0 luck so far.
