Well, the title sums it all up.Started up the game to see my character had changed completely, I don't remember going in for a gender change either.Lost everything; cars (except for the deluxe edition KS content), money, upgrade parts which I have purchased within the game. REP still remains the same at 41.Tried the classic restarting the game and restarting the console but neither of those things worked.I've tried the restore build method through safe mode on the PS4, that didn't help either.Are there any "fixes" for this?Edit1) Update: Just went back to the game and now I've lost EVERYTHING. REP Level 1, New game. 2) No luck whatsoever, this is similar to playing on the PS1/2 without a memory card.

When I start up NFS Heat and press X on the title screen it give me an error code message saying Item Synchronization failed. Please contact customer support. It will no longer allow me to play online. Can anyone help with this?

@EA_Barry Tried this a Few times. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. Can a manual roll back be done from the server side? As I have my trophy unlocks to verify how far I am into the game and the last car used in that race?

@OhNoImBored Try clicking on playing online repeatedly and it will work it might show you error again and again but will work after like 7 or 8 times
