Low res textures and low frame rate make the game crash.

Product: Need for Speed Heat
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug Through out the game textures load very slow or don't load at all. This makes the game crash sometimes.
What car were you using? Evo X and Nissan.
Was the car your own build or downloaded from the in-game community? Personal Build
What was the last event you played?
Was it a day or a night event? Day Event
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load the game on various rigs.
What happens when the bug occurs? Low polygon textures, muddy.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see fixed textures. Like a finished game should be.

Low Frame Rates are constant as well.

    Yeah, I was driving my Viper down the highway towards the main garage last night, suddenly all of the textures turned low res, some of the buildings near the garage disappeared, there was a gaping hole in the side of the raceway, the highway turned to a dirt road. I drove on a little bit, then stopped my car near the garage, the screen faded to black with the loading icon in the bottom corner and when it came back, the textures were still PS1 quality, the road was still dirt and the game was soft locked, so I had to restart. I managed to get a couple of snapshots of it before the game soft locked. Very bizarre glitch. This happened on Xbox One. I'm not even gonna bother reporting it because it'd probably be really hard to recreate, if not impossible.
