I WIN the Razor Special Event in Need for Speed No Limit and i not get the BMW M4 Razor Car, why?????????? i suposed to get that car ,i need help

@josecantypr and @kiekocarl10 If you guys didn' t get the BMW M4 F82 (Razor) after completing "Return of Razor" special event, then it's impossible to get the BMW M4 F82 (Razor) now.
I totally doubt EA and Firemonkeys would help you guys get your BMW M4 F82 (Razor).
Dude last tuesday Firemonkey email that they were very sorry for what happend and they give me back the M4 Razor and give me other stuff now my M4 Razor is Stage6 already
- how i can do that???
