That, or they could just disable being able to crash into each other altogether. That's what I honestly think at this point, since there's been instances where I've been in speedlists where every single person except me just wanted to crash each other out. It's Need for Speed, not Need for Demolition Derbies.
I have to admit that i am also guilty at sometimes crashing into someone. I don't do it on purpose but i don't know some of the tracks or forgot about a sharp corner.
When i crash into someone rather hard, i will wait a bit and let him pass BUT alot of the times they smash into me like crazy.
I also noticed ALOT of people that have a mindset in this game.... ""I don't want to be last so i'll cheat my way forward"". They try the strangest manoeuvres and if they lose they quit.
They will even avoid checkpoints in order to crash into you.
And then there's me.... mostly last place because i drive too safe xD
