Map Wont Open

Xbox One NFS Heat: Map wont open- Select button doesn't work and I cant progress through the game. PLEASE HELP

HELP fix the bug where you cannot open the map. Map will not open under any circumstances. Ive tried re installing and restarting the game. Nothing works.

Some there but I use PC platform. Just bought the game and finish trying a car and make a name so I come back to safe hous (garage) after that I can't leaving garage and open map both button are inactive. Just stuck in garage. Please help fix the Bug because I can't playjng the game anymore.
