Map Zoom Not Working on PC

 On the map, on PC, up arrow key (or other up arrow key?) is shown for zoom in and Control key is shown for zoom out. Neither is working and I cannot find any key that does work for zoom. Also, the...

    Howdy rayytomm:

    I have found that it seem that you need to use the SHIFT key to zoom in and the CONTROL key to zoom out.

    Oops, thought I tried that key.

    The shift key on my keyboard is not labeled with an up arrow, and I didn't think of it.

      Out of curiousity, what symbol has your shift key? Might be important for guidelines so EA can update it's database. What language layout do you use?
