From what I see on the title, the maximum level is 100 and you lose bonus 15 Gold and Fuel refill. So I was thinking 23384434 was talking about reaching Level 100 and not getting Gold and Fuel refill. If it was "Why can't I level up past Level 100?", then I would completely understand the question.

I have a hard time understanding sentences that aren't well constructed, particularly a whole bunch of them are in the Technical Issues section.

I know English isn't a native language for some, but at least people should make sentences that are easy to understand so I can answer without misinterpretation. -.-

That's because Level 100 is the maximum level. You will cease to level up for the time-being. Any rep you get from Car Series will be wasted.

(And that is why I didn't do any Car Series events after reaching Level 100. I'm waiting for the level cap to be raised some time in the future.)
