McLaren F1 installed and purchased but not in game?

I bought the McLaren f1 DLC and it says purchased and installed but when I load into the game the race that pops up to do to get the car doesn’t pop up like if I didn’t buy it when I did!? Can someone please help me!?

I already beat the game, buy the deluxe edition like when the game came out and the car when the black market appear. So, I don't know what's happening... I don't wanna play this bs game ☹️

24 hours ago I purchased the McLaren F1 '93 from the black market for $4.98 and still have not received the purchased product. Furthermore I've also purchased the keys to the city from the store and haven't received. Called EA customer service and this is what they told me to do. No refund or product...
