Menu-Drive Paradox

So I assigned "enter" button to select, as well as to drive at the same time. After that when i tap enter in the controls menu, it closes the settings menu and puts me in the game. I can not re-assign any controls anymore because it has been a paradox. Neither there is a default keybindings option, so i decided to do it manually via game files. But i can't find the config file. I need help about this in any way. Any response is appreciated.
