Missing Derelict Parts

Summarize your bug I have all parts for the Derelict 180Sx and it shows that I don't and when I go to the spot to pick the part back up its not there. I have reset game and console trying to resolve issue but it didn't seem to work.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really don't know, like I said I collected all parts and it shows that I only have 3 of 4 and when I go back to locate the missing part it's gone.
