Missing Money

All i know is i've recently signed into my ea account to play NFS Heat online on my xbox one for downloading community related livery purposes (since i don't have an xbox live gold membership) and it...

    Thanks for letting me know. That makes sense why they wouldn't be able to replace the money. Unfortunately, there isn't anything else that can be done. I'm very sorry for that.

I already tried that twice, and the response was since my profile is mostly based offline, they couldn't track my in game progress resulting me in not getting back my deserving refund for some reason.
