Missing NFS The Run on the EA app

why don't I have need for speed run on ea app. which I bought on origin?

Can we first confirm if we are signing in using the same EA account? If so, you can verify by heading here; https://account.origin.com/cp-ui/orderhistory/index

and signing in with the same EA account you're currently using in the EA app.

If you are using the correct account and can see the game purchase, can we first try to clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)?

Hi all!
I was able to download the NFS The Run game from the EA app! Thank you so much, EA!
If anyone has issues with this, here are the steps: log in to your EA account, enter your purchased Redeem Code, then download the game!
Running Need for Speed The Run when Autolog servers are no longer working:
Open Windows Defender Firewall. You can find it by searching in the Start menu.
Click Advanced settings on the left side.
In the window that opens, click Outbound Rules, then click New Rule....
Under Rule Type, select Program, and click Next.
Choose This program path, navigate to the The Run .exe file, then click Next. (In my case, the default installation path was:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Need for Speed The Run\Need For Speed The Run.exe)
In the next window, select Block the connection, then click Next.
Leave all three boxes checked: Domain, Private, and Public.
In the Name and Description (optional) fields, feel free to enter anything you like, then click Finish.
