MOUSE ALWAYS DISAPPEARS

Hello, Thank you very much for your attention. I'm using it through the EA APP, and I don't use any type of controller. My mouse is a Logitech G305, it would be nice if the mouse remained in windowed mode, because it would be able to work too.

EA Staff (Retired)To confirm does the mouse leave the game window when playing in windowed mode or does it simply disappear in general?
Also if you have not can we give the following a try?
- Close other running applications on your device
- Try running the client and game as an admin
- Repair your game via the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Also, if you haven't already, can we try the following?
* Close other applications running on your device (Unfortunately I can't, as I play in a window so I can work too)
* Try running the client and game as administrator (It is configured as Administrator)
* Repair your game through the EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair) (I did this procedure)
* Clear EA app cache (top left menu > Help > App Recovery) (Doing it now at this point)
* Check for other apps that may be limiting the performance of EA apps or games (All clear, no apps)
