Music choices
I think that the game is pretty great and everything except the music has won me over. I'm not understanding why there's only maybe 3 or 4 songs in English while you're out of the garage. I have come...
Hello Brother
I see were talking about music and that's always been a favorite topic of mine.
1978 got Ace Frehley solo Kiss Vinyl album and Cheap Tricks In color Album for Christmas that year.
I was only seven years old that year and became a huge fan of rock music quickly.
OK, back on topic - I'm not a fan of that licensed music crap either in those older games.
I was not a fan of )% music set either minus a few songs the rest I couldn't get into on that game.
Now NFS Carbon soundtrack I really liked with that techno beats sound it made the game fun.
These days I just shut off all music in the game open up my MusicBee Music player and
play my premade list of driving metal and mix sets of music.
I find the songs now I like instead of being concerned about a soundtrack on the game.
This new stuff on these games for songs sounds like a garbage can at best.
So old school 70's 80's and 90's and early 2000's work for me.
I do also listen to 50's and '60s when feeling mellow.
That's what an older guy like me dose for gaming music.
Have a good one Brother.
You Stated: Sadly current racing games always chase the trend and bring lots of tasteless choices without anything memorable
My Reply: I couldn't agree more @GK3512 and let's keep in mind the music industry has went belly up since the creation of Downloadable music online.
So what do we get for music these days?
We get Air fluff sounds and soundtracks just are empty beats and tasteless harmonies.
Have a good one.

Thats the problem with todays kids, they are only interested in top 40s pop or rap mayby dubstep.
I'm one of those "Today's kids" that's only interested in top 40s pop. 😃
As you can see from my avatar. 😛

except from that MW 05 Undercover 08 had pretty good soundtrack.
I agree that both NFS Most Wanted 2005 and NFS Undercover had awesome soundtracks.
In NFS Undercover's case, that was one of the only few good things about the game.

Haha yeah thats what i mean, no fence though.
None taken. While I may not agree with your opinion, I respect your opinion about Top 40 pop.
If there's a case when your opinion is Taylor Swift sucks, then I would say my opinion is your opinion sucks. And so on. XD
But yea. I respect your opinion.

But i see this a lot here in my country Norway, most of the radion channels we have etc NRJ or P5 P4 and Radio Norway. They are all playing the same top 40s or music from tha last ten decades, a guy like me prefer rock\metal mayby old school teckno\electric if im in mode.
This is similar case with my dad.
Whenever he heards the top 40 pops and such, he will change the radio station in an instant. He is sick of hearing the same overplayed songs over and over again, unlike me when I still enjoy listening to them. 😃

Anyway i enjoyed most when EA made their own music, before they went mainstream.
I was surprised to find some NFS games had some songs from the radio in the past.
Such in the cases of three NFS games.
NFS Most Wanted 2012 had Icona Pop's I Love It.
NFS Rivals had Bastille's Pompeii.
NFS Heat had French Montana's Writing On The Wall (Featuring Post Malone and Cardi B)
Since I listen to the top 40 contemporary radio, hearing these songs in these games blew my mind off (when I wasn't expecting any radio music to be in NFS games). lol
My one wish is a NFS game to have at least one song from Taylor Swift in the game's official soundtracks. lmao XD
But I know that it's never gonna happen. 100% guaranteed. 😃
