Around two or three months ago, we can get the blueprints as rewards somewhere in the missions. I've had successfully upgrade my car to the max. I hope EA would be put it again in as a reward. Please check my screenshots below.
Oh now you have something that others dont, thanks anyway and btw i didnt expect that it reaches 835 pr.. hope they will do something for it because im dying to complete its series, i upgraded all the parts on it but they're waiting for the rebuild
