My driving view is always on its side rarther than infront view

Since I bought all the DLC s for NFS Most wanted2012 Ive got 2 massive issues

First I cannot play the game as my veiw when playing is always showing the side of the vehicle.

So when I play all I see is the side of the car, Ive tried changing cars, re-calibrating my mouse, 360 pad and checking everything, this happed after the latest patch 1 day ago 13th March 2013

 Im not the only person suffering this bug, im on the PC, bought via origin##

Any ideas?
