My Need For Speed Hot Pursuit progress gone in just 1 night.

Sorry for my bad English

So,i was playing NFS Hot Pursuit from around 4 days ago and my progress is doing fine.But,upon logging into the game this morning,my progress was COMPLETELY reset to the beginning.Even my EA account that i connected to the game has the stats from 0.I dont even do anything.I dont switch from a new computer,cloud save is on and i dont reset my laptop.What should i do?
