My Need for Speed Payback is Unplayable (Xbox One)

Same issue for me. I can have the menu, but if I try to load Store, the waiting animation starts then after a few minutes no sound and if I try to go back in the menu, the transition appears and stops. What a strange update EA   🤔  😠

So I bought an Xbox one x and uploaded my gamertag and downloaded all my previous games,then I try and play payback and it won't load! Every other game is fine! Wtf is going on? Have we had a fix yet? Am I paying for ea access to not play the games?
