My nfs rivsls cant connect to ea servers

Every time I want to play nfs rivsls online the screen pops up and says 

"You must signed in to PlayStation Network and EA servers in order to access the online feature of this title" and I have a PSN account.

But I can connect to other nfs games with no problem. If can please fix this problem my game like this for over a month.

and error code is:00000064
