my producktcode not work

if I want to register my game need for speed hot pursuit and Undercover always get the error message This code has already been used
 
while I have the games not yet registered,
I've also already 2-3 years at home and have not registered because the time I had no EA-contami and now does not go

    Did you buy second-hand copies?

    Also, have you installed these games on any computer before even without using Origin?

    I buyed the game 3 years ago. I payed the original game in a mall.
    Now I tryed to register it on my EA account is the code not working.
    My question is can I reset the cd code?
