I am having the same issue. I bought a digital copy on PS4. My kids and I liked it so much I bought a digital copy on each of my kids Nintendo Switches so we can race each other. They are 9 and 12. I authorized both to play EA games online through the link sent by Nintendo. Neither of them can connect to the autolog to do online play. They both get error fa2. So I currently own three copies of a game we can't get to work. They play tons of online games on their switch. I don't know why I can't get this one to work.
I have an EA account. They do not. Do I need to create those for them? I only see how to add teenagers.
i have worked it out. it is an age thing. when u first play need for speed it asks u if u wan to share your nintendo account details, it then sees how old you are and it puts a limit on crossplay
