N4S Rivals - Timesaver DLC problem

I purchased the timesaver DLC from playstation store on ps4 and install it but nothing happen. No upgrade and any tech for anycar. It noted in plastation store page that this dlc is installed. I try to fix by reinstall it but nothing solve. So I deleted the whole game and reinstall everything but problem still remain. after I talk with help HQ, they take a look at my account and suggest I should post this problem here. Kindly advise me how to fix this problem, thanks.

    I have the same problem bro ... timesaver pack downloaded but shows "waiting to install". Money wasted, time wasted ... hope some fix can make it work ☹️

    Did you buy the DLC from the PlayStation Store in the same region in which you signed up?

    In the meantime please try the following suggestion:

    Restore Licenses

    If you become unable to start content you downloaded from PlayStation®Store or become unable to use add-on content, this might fix the problem.
    Select [PSNSM] > [Restore Licenses].
