Can anyone give me a ballpark as to how much my PR would need to be to win this race? I've got a PR of 832 and the current rating of the race is hard- no matter how well I run the race, I can only ...

@Newerbie Well you shouldn't be worrying about this because things are going to get difficult ahead. I'm stuck at an hunter event in chapter 18, did like 10 attempts already with a 875 Laferrari or 858 Mclaren, still haven't been able to get through.
All hunter races suck, nitro's are the easiest one's.

Right - when you are stuck in a race, almost always it is a hunter race (the only other I can think of is rush hour with a pack of F458s). Sometimes the race is labeled Easy, and you are not even capable of reaching the other car, let alone passing it...
Hunter races just work as a natural block of your progress, much more than boss races at the end of each chapter. Solution is always the same - upgrade your PR. If you are at the limit, then you have to build another (better) car :-/
- @HeretikJirka That reminds me of the older Pokemon games when you had to grind out levels and stats to beat the elite four- it's part of the appeal I suppose.

Im stuck at last race with marcus king in chap19. His koenig with 971 PR was fast. Tried few runs hoping he crash but it didnt.
My mclaren had maxed out to 949 but still so much difference...
Getting bored with staging up pagani to complete it!!!
