Need dor Speed Rivals

Hi, have got an hp pavilion g7 series and i had purchased the need for speed rivals two days ago. I had installed the game, but when i want to start the game, the window of the game opens and it is writing to me that: DirectX function "CreatePixelShader for (null)" filed with E_INVALIDARG ("An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function.") GPU: "Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000", Driver: Unknown. 

Exactly this is shown in my screen. What have i to do to play this game that i would like to play.

Please, if anyone can help me, do that.
