Need for Speed™ Rivals launch issue

i recently bought the need for speed rivals, i installed it and opned for first time and game worked smoothly without any issues and i closed the game and reopened it later, It got stuck in launch screen where it asked to press enter and I tried mulitle times in my keyboard it didn't work properly also tried uninstalling and re-installing multiple times it didn't work just got stuck in launch screen, can you please help me resolve this issue
