Need for Speed™ Hot Pursuit Remastered Crashing After Mission

Good night. I'm having a problem with the titular game. After finishing the mission "Tough Justice", when entering the results screen, the game crashes alongside the EA App. I uninstalled and reinstalled the EA App and the problem persists.
