Need for speed 2015 bugged my PS4

Need for speed 2015 has put a bug on my new PlayStation 4 pro and it keeps freezing my PlayStation 4 pro

And the game takes ages to load up and the cars feel like someone is drivering them and steering them as well please sort this out thanks

My need for speed game has been hacked as the cars keep going in to the wall and I can’t steer them as it feels like someone else is steering them can u please sort it out has I like to play the game thanks
