Need For Speed 2015 Can't move, unplayable from the first second

Question

Just bought the game. Started it for the first time. I press W to accelerate (and tried it with controller, pressed RT), the car is on full throttle, but the brakes are always activated.

Found another Thread on this forum from when the game was released, same exact problem: Link

Unmapped all keyboard keys and set all sensitivities to max except for brake sensitivity. Now i can drive up to about 60mph. But the brakes are still constantly activated, and the car brakes stronger when I input anything else, like when I look to the left or right the car brakes.

This is a 4 year old game, that had this issue since it was released, and the developers don't care?

What is this? How disappointing can a game developer and publisher be, that the game fundamentally doesn't work for a lot of people.

And then such a basic thing as input.

I think this is by far the most disappointed I ever was by a game.

Need for Speed is a joke. Origin is a joke. EA is a joke.

Try removing any and all unused input peripherals, there is probably a joystick, guitar hero controller or something else interfering with your control inputs.

I have keyboard, mouse and XBox Controller.

Disconnected XBox controller: doesn't work.

Disconnected keyboard, playing with controller: worked for 2h, now it's not working anymore.

The fact that I had to disconnect the keyboard just to try it is just outrageous.
