Need for Speed (2015) Crashes at Menu on PS4/PS5 100% of the Time.

I purchased the Deluxe Edition of NFS 2015 on the PSN store on April 28th, 2026 and just tried to play for the first time. It passes connecting to EA servers and then crashes at the main menu. Reprod...

Both sides passed the buck. I honestly believe it's something on EA's side. Can they not reset the games cloud save since this game saves are stored on EAs servers to see if that helps at all? Even if they could they would likely just say "We can't do that." Hell, they won't even let me try linking my PS5 account to a different EA account to see if that will fix things. They are forcing me to wait 6 months to do so, effectively locking me out of the EA game I purchased.
