need for speed 2015 disappeared at origin

I bought need for speed 2015 2 weeks ago. Today, I open my need for speed 2015. I found that Origin ask me to do a update or play offline. You know it is impossible to need for speed offline. So I up...

    @bruce111990 Before you reach out to support, it's worth noting that most cases like this are due to account mixups. Your posting account shows no history of NFS2015, which further reinforces this theory. 


    Try logging into Origin using any alternate email addresses that you might have used previously. 

    If you still have no luck, you can contact support using the link Gorath has given.
