Antivirus and other security software can get through a clean boot. Try temporarily disabling your security software and then retry. Let us know if you can then play, thanks.

I disabled the antivirus, but the same, still can't play, thanks.

Yes, followed all the steps.

run game as admin- no results

repaired game- no results

granted admin rights-  no results

updated graphic card driver- no results

clean boot- no results

disabled antivirus- no results

One small thing I would like you to check. Can you disconnect your second monitor and retest please?

Please first use the following AMD Clean Uninstall Utility to remove your current video drivers:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64

Once done, then install the drivers from the following link:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64

If the issue persists after that, please generate a new Dxdiag report and post that here, thanks again.

When I tried to uninstall my video drivers with AMD Clean Uninstall Utility, I received this error, see attachment. Thanks

That is not ideal. Please use the following steps to try to uninstall the drivers:

ok, i managed to uninstall from Control panel, restarted pc and when i tried to install again, i receive error, see attachment. thanks
