8 years ago1) Can you reconnect a standard keyboard and disconnect your second monitor and retry.
2) You might also check for updated audio drivers for your hardware.
3) The following indicates that the DLL file shown below is causing a problem. Search for that DLL file and see if there are any available updates for the "bdcam" device:
